Job Summary

A Cleanliness and Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the hotel's kitchen and dining areas. This includes ensuring the availability of clean dishes, cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations, and supporting other restaurant staff members as needed.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas
Cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations
Supporting other restaurant staff members as needed
Maintaining a high level of trust and responsibility
Representing the company with a certain level of reputation and good character

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
