Job Summary

Bryce Poynt Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve co-worker relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Co-worker Relations: Formulate and recommend program goals and objectives to improve co-worker relations, develop and implement the co-worker relations area of the personnel program, and create a family-friendly environment.
  2. Talent Management: Identify staffing and recruiting needs, develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management, and collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  3. Organizational Development: Supervise and provide direction to subordinate staff engaged in developing and administering recruitment and selection procedures, personnel policies and procedures, in-service employee training, and educational assistance programs.
  4. Problem Resolution: Investigate problems such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, employee and applicant appeals and grievances, and provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution.
  5. Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and present required and special reports, and develop and present the operating budget for the Human Resources Department.
  6. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate or review evaluations of performance on all co-workers, recommend hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary, and commendatory actions, and supervise and direct onboarding of new employees.
  7. Recruitment and Communication: Direct recruitment activities, including advertising mediums and outreach recruitment, and provide high-level communication and training to director and manager level associates regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
