Job Summary

The Terrace At Chestnut Hill seeks an experienced Business Office Director to oversee the financial and human resources functions for our community.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

About The Job

This role is responsible for managing the business operations, accounting, and finance functions in support of the community. This includes supervising the concierge team, tracking expenses, and controlling costs within budget guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop the concierge team
  • Track expenses and control costs within budget guidelines
  • Participate in surveys and inspections made by government agencies
  • Process biweekly payroll and wage/tax reporting
  • Manage staffing strategy and turnover
  • Assist with benefits administration
  • Maintain and update Quality Compliance checks for HR records
  • Handle general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting functions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of education and/or experience in a Senior Living environment. Additionally, you should have 3-4 years of experience in accounting/billing and business services, as well as knowledge and experience in Human Resources, specifically payroll, recruiting, and onboarding.
