Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic intern to join our team as a Partnerships and Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a strategic plan to target and connect with potential sellers and designers, showcasing our vision and cultivating a strong community.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to showcase our brand's unique perspective and aesthetic.
  • Influencer Outreach and Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers and micro-influencers to amplify brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence, including responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Seller and Designer Outreach: Proactively reach out to and establish contact with potential sellers and designers through social media outreach, introducing our platform and explaining the benefits of joining our community.
  • Onboarding and Support: Guide sellers and designers through our onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information and assets are collected, and assist with resolving any technical difficulties or questions encountered during onboarding.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and designer talent, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare presentations and reports on social media outreach efforts and onboarding progress, providing key metrics and insights to inform our business strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for Fashion: A genuine passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current fashion trends.
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience crafting engaging social media content, with a focus on the fashion industry (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Visual Storytelling: A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential sellers and designers both online and offline.
