Clinical Team Lead

The Lead Clinician plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and clinical operations at Sono Bello. As a key member of the clinical team, this individual will assist the Practice Manager in overseeing daily clinical activities, driving efficiency, and maintaining high-quality patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Operations: Support the Practice Manager in building and communicating an effective nurse schedule, establishing optimal clinical assignments, and ensuring the efficient operation of clinical activities.
- Quality Assurance and Improvement: Enforce policy adherence consistent with AAAHC guidelines, oversee QA/QI reporting, and perform chart audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a role model for clinical staff, advise on patient care and clinical tasks, and develop strong partnerships across the center.
- Training and Development: Participate in interviewing and hiring clinical candidates, assist with onboarding new clinicians, and become a certified training mentor.
- Preferred LPN/RN licensure, at minimum MA/ST certification.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
- Two or more years of clinical experience required.
- Must maintain ACLS certification.
- 1-2 years of clinical leadership a plus.
- Experience in Cosmetic Practice or previous Medical Office Management a plus.
