We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Residential Program team at MAB Community Services. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of person-centered care and support to individuals with acquired brain injuries.
Job DetailsThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $30.00 - $34.00 per hour. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized health care plans, conduct routine audits, and provide training and consultation to direct care staff.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing services, including wound care, medication administration, and g-tube care
- Conduct reviews of health care documentation to ensure program compliance
- Transport participants to medical appointments and provide advocacy
The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license, valid driver's license, and experience working in a community residential setting. A background check will be required prior to employment.
