Dedicated Medical Professional WantedCompensation:

$43-$57 per hour

About the Job:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Canton, MA. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work on your own schedule, choose from various shifts and facilities, and enjoy rewarding benefits and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in post-acute settings
  • Follow established resident care plans to ensure quality care
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing, including vital signs and medical history
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment
  • Maintain medical supplies and participate in IV setup and phlebotomy procedures
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
