We are one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, serving clients from more than 34 counties through 12 facilities and 20 programs. Our mission is to help individuals make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient, and school-based programs, as well as supportive services.


Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual safety inspections, fire and tornado drills, and vehicle registrations for residential locations.
  • Manage and track residential staff credentials, including ServSafe certifications.
  • Support the Director of Residential Operations in hiring, training, staff development, and onboarding.
  • Provide crisis intervention, behavioral intervention, and support residents' development of activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee supply orders and housekeeping needs.
  • Ensure completion of 'residential client tracking forms' and maintain current house schedule and postings.
  • In absence of Lead Residential Technician, assume related duties to ensure coverage.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work, or similar field required.
  • Active Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification or above issued by the State of Ohio required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in recovery services, including a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience required.
  • Maintain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention and CPR/First Aid training, obtained within first 90 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability for rotating on-call shifts, some evenings and weekends may be required.
