Job Title: Experienced BDC Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced BDC representative to join our dynamic team at North Point CDJR. As a sales superstar, you will thrive on challenges and love to be in control of your income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Turn leads into dealership appointments and close vehicle sales remotely when appointments cannot be secured.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively generate new leads from previous dealership customers in sales and our service department, convincing them to upgrade their vehicles.
  • Acquisition Coordination: Schedule appointments for customers to sell their vehicles, collaborating seamlessly with our acquisition team.
  • Urgency & Communication: Respond to new leads with lightning speed, communicating with customers via call, text, and email in an office-based setting.
  • Confident Handoffs: Exude confidence on the phone and in person, ensuring a smooth transition to product specialists once appointments arrive.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with sales management to brainstorm and implement strategies for overcoming appointment and sales objections.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with product specialists to secure appointments and sales when needed.
  • Proactive Learning: Always seek out opportunities to learn, grow, and enhance your skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a BDC or Internet Sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
