Construction Fleet Manager

We are looking for a skilled Fleet Manager to join our team at Hodge Western Corp, a rapidly growing company specializing in technology-driven specialty underground utility construction. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our heavy equipment fleet, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities include:
- Regular maintenance and servicing of heavy construction equipment.
- Preventive maintenance schedules and service records tracking.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
- Procurement process management for new and replacement equipment.
- Inventory management of equipment, tools, and spare parts.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in fleet management, maintenance, or operations within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment used across the construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
