Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our First Aid and Safety Division. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business-to-business accounts and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets through prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation campaigns
  • Developing and qualifying leads within your territory to drive additional sales opportunities
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
  • New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Hunter sales mentality - goal-driven and self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Intranet/Internet, and Contact Management System
