Parts Counterperson Job Opportunity

Coughlin Automotive, a leading dealership in Central Ohio, is seeking a skilled Parts Counterperson to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient parts ordering and restocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with parts requests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Locate and procure non-stock parts from local and national suppliers to meet customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless parts ordering and delivery processes.
