Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone. You will use your communication skills to explain warranty options, establish time commitments between technicians and customers, and promote products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Building customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services
  • Providing energetic and responsive customer service, both in person and over the phone
  • Desire to succeed in a retail environment
  • Motivated sales individual
  • Other duties as assigned
