Job Overview

ProArch Cybersecurity is seeking a seasoned Senior Program and Project Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals by combining tactical project management with strategic program oversight.

This dual-role position will ensure exceptional client experiences and drive long-term improvements in our managed security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, manage budgets, and track project expenses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and all parties involved in the customer acquisition process to ensure point of sale expectations and delivery expectations are aligned.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring collaborative communication to all affected parties.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations, including escalating issues affecting the customer experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client requirements.
Program Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Coordination and Integration: Oversee multiple related projects, ensuring they align with the program's overall objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior leadership, sponsors, and key stakeholders to secure support and resources.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of the entire program and implement performance metrics to measure success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, including program management. Experience with agile as well as waterfall and other project management methodologies.
  • Certifications: ITIL, PMP/Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, PgMP, CISM, CISSP, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Passion for delighting customers and being their advocate.
