About the Role

Cortica is seeking an experienced and skilled Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Supervisor to join its growing team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will oversee the development and implementation of ABA treatment programs for patients with neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to ABA Assistant Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists within your pod.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary agencies to ensure comprehensive care for autistic children and their families.
  • Develop and implement ABA treatment plans that align with the company's mission and values.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain.
  • Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.
  • Field work experience in a home-based setting and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.

The base pay range for this opening is $78,577.78 to $98,222.22 annually, with compensation adjusted based on skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location.
