We are seeking a skilled and reliable Receptionist to join a dynamic Surgery Group. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a professional who excels in providing excellent administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

The Receptionist will report to the Office Manager and work closely with surgeons, medical staff, and patients. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the surgery group.
In this role, you will support the surgery team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. The position involves managing patient appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records in a busy setting.
The Receptionist will manage patient scheduling, including coordinating and confirming appointments. You will answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and assist with basic office tasks. Additional duties include maintaining patient records, processing forms, and ensuring the reception area is organized. You will also support the medical team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred.
