Financial Aid Compliance Specialist

Tulsa Community College is in search of a meticulous and knowledgeable Financial Aid Compliance Specialist to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations.
  • Oversee the awarding and disbursement procedures for financial aid funds.
  • Collaborate with team members to support students in their financial aid journey.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial aid setting.
  • Understanding of Federal Title IV regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is highly regarded.
