Join Our Team as a Client Support Technician Intern

The Client Support Technician Internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Client Support Technician Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the setup, maintenance, and support of corporate-owned client-level computer equipment within the Colony Brands facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and configuration of PC/MAC hardware

• Document and mentor the Help Desk team

• Troubleshoot client-level networking issues, including wireless technologies and remote access solutions

• Utilize Microsoft SCCM and JAMF to image and patch Windows 10/11 and Apple OS

• Provide end-user support for mobile phones/tablets via Microsoft Intune

• Troubleshoot Citrix and SCCM clients

• Offer Microsoft E-Mail and Office Support via Office 365

• Troubleshoot printer/copier/audio visual equipment

• Assist with Active Directory user account/group and permission support
