Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure seamless pharmacy operations, including medication management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the pharmacy leadership team to develop and manage the pharmacy budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, and maintain a high level of quality in patient care and services.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and customer-focused environment, ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy) from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a pharmacy leadership role.
  • Licensure: Registered Pharmacist licensure in the state of Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
