About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our retail team in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service and leadership roles, with a strong passion for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Lead a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with store leadership to establish clear company vision and ensure team member engagement
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures relating to security, health, and safety
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one-year work experience in retail management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software applications quickly
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
