Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety and Quality Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our safety and quality management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and high-quality work environment for our employees and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the investigation of workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of safety training sessions for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and programs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct basic quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the resolution of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in safety and quality management.
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality standards.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internships or prior experience in safety or quality management.
  • Familiarity with ProCore.
  • BCSP certifications.
  • Multi-family experience.
