Roers Companies LLC is a leading provider of construction services, with a strong focus on safety and quality. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Safety and Quality Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Construction Safety and Quality Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner, while also meeting the highest standards of quality. This will involve developing and implementing safety and quality programs, conducting regular inspections and audits, and providing training and support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety and quality risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on safety and quality procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety and quality objectives are met.
  • Investigate and report on safety and quality incidents and near-misses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety and quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience with ProCore.
  • BCSP certifications.
