At OECS - Workplace Safety Experts, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Associate to join our team. As a Safety Associate, you will play a critical role in helping our clients build a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site safety audits at manufacturing and construction sites using iAuditor software to identify best practices and potential hazards.
  • Develop and implement customized safety programs and training modules for clients.
  • Provide OSHA compliance support and participate in client safety committee meetings.
  • Conduct engaging safety training sessions and present safety information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience in safety-related construction and/or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iAuditor software.
