Role Summary: The Customer Order Management Representatives play a crucial role in liaising with distributors, manufacturers, and clients, collaborating closely with customer success managers to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction standards. Their primary responsibility is to engage with customers before and after the delivery of products and services, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of orders while gauging overall customer satisfaction.
Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential for the role.
Education and Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Essential Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills via phone and email with customers, along with the ability to coordinate and collaborate efficiently with colleagues.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-focused.
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding sales environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and issues received via email and phone, coordinating with account managers and customer success managers for appropriate responses.
- Communicate with distributors, manufacturers, and partners to gather product shipment details and order status.
- Accurately document software and license information in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sterling's order management representatives to ensure prompt shipment and delivery of products, aligning with customer delivery schedules.
- Assist customers in resolving delivery issues and managing returns.
