Store Operations Supervisor

The Store Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our locations.
This position is essential for managing shifts effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and working towards achieving store objectives. The Supervisor will assist the General Manager in various operational tasks and lead the team during shifts.
As a representative of our brand, the Supervisor is expected to uphold company policies and serve as a role model for fellow team members.
Staying current with the latest training is vital, including completing necessary courses and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and promote a strong brand image.
- Oversee store operations with a focus on high-volume service.
- Achieve RPM service targets consistently.
- Develop organizational and inventory management skills.
- Train and mentor team members to meet service and product standards.
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment in the pizza industry.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and resolution.
- Operate all store equipment, including ovens.
- Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers and team members.
- Manage scheduling, labor, attendance, and punctuality.
- Implement successful marketing strategies from a leading company.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
- Guide team members towards achieving store goals.
- Commit to working 40 or more hours weekly.
