About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available as a Housekeeping Supervisor with ASM Global. In this role, you will take charge of various responsibilities under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager and the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records and logbooks.
- Participate in briefings to stay updated on upcoming events.
- Assist in supervising third-party housekeeping personnel.
- Assign work areas and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Provide on-the-job training for new team members.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency housekeeping requests.
- Conduct inspections of facilities for special cleaning projects.
- Maintain open communication regarding safety concerns.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Supervisory Duties: Oversee the housekeeping team, including work assignments, issue resolution, and adherence to HR policies.
Qualifications: To succeed in this position, a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and prior relevant experience is beneficial.
