Executive Portfolio Manager

The Executive Portfolio Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of on and off campus medical office buildings.

This position reports to a Regional Director and is considered the point person in their respective market, responsible for understanding the overall market and sub-market conditions and how they affect our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial, operational, and leasing aspects of all buildings assigned.
  • Manage and supervise property management, administrative, and maintenance teams.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and hospital clients.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and capital planning.
  • Review and prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
  • Manage space planning and construction, including tenant and building improvements.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hospital clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on energy-saving initiatives such as Energy Star and LEED.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Conduct property and market tours as required.
  • Interact with senior management.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in medical and/or commercial office property management and leasing support.
  • Demonstrated lease administration experience and knowledge of lease documents.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Yardi.
  • Excellent people management and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • CPM, RPA, or CCIM designation preferred.
