About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at Censeo Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects for our Federal clients at the IRS, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and developing strategies to meet those needs.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have 3-7 years of related work experience in professional services, consulting, or federal government service. Experience working for or supporting the IRS is strongly preferred.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing project teams, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing deliverables for our clients, and providing strategic guidance to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Support all aspects of client engagements, from defining strategy to preparing final deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee project teams, conducting assessments, planning meetings with IT stakeholders, and developing forms modernization production workflows.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, identifying trends, finding opportunities, and developing meaningful insights.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background with a BA/BS degree.
  • 3-7 years of related work experience in professional services, consulting, or federal government service.
  • Experience working for or supporting the IRS, preferably in digitalization projects and publishing organization operations.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other spreadsheet and presentation software.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $165,000 depending on experience.
