Requirements
  • Three to five years of relevant industry experience, including managing restoration projects and supervising crews.
  • Relevant industry experience in water, fire/smoke, mold mitigation & remediation, and/or biohazard cleanup.
  • Proficient technical skills, experience, and certifications in areas of service provided by the company.
  • Possession of three or more of the following industry certifications (IICRC or equivalent): Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Trauma & Crime Scene Technician (TCST).
  • Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
  • Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
  • Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
  • Ability to work in the field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable driver.
  • Effective written and oral communication in English with basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly, up to 100lbs with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
