- Three to five years of relevant industry experience, including managing restoration projects and supervising crews.
- Relevant industry experience in water, fire/smoke, mold mitigation & remediation, and/or biohazard cleanup.
- Proficient technical skills, experience, and certifications in areas of service provided by the company.
- Possession of three or more of the following industry certifications (IICRC or equivalent): Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS), Trauma & Crime Scene Technician (TCST).
- Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
- Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
- Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
- Ability to work in the field.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurable driver.
- Effective written and oral communication in English with basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly, up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time, repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
