Factory Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Factory Shift Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in logistics and distribution.
Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations during assigned shifts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Policies and Procedures Implementation: Enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with other managers to implement warehouse improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Performance Monitoring: Track shift performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide shift-specific reports on issues and operational handovers.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor and report daily attendance and workforce presence for assigned shifts.
- Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with customer representatives, addressing inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are met during assigned shifts.
- Customer Focus: Cultivate a strong customer focus and implement corrective actions based on feedback from shifts.
- Operational Support: Drive and support the execution of daily operational activities across assigned shifts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present shift-specific reports detailing issues, important matters for cross-shift communication, and any required handover information. Analyze shift-specific data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in logistics and/or distribution.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, train, and lead warehouse teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
