Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Implement and coordinate patient care, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and competency of clinical staff.
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited institution.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR certification.
