About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate. As a key member of our Retail Team of Experts, you will play a critical role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless technology and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with a retail environment preferred
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
