ResponsibilitiesThe RN Coordinator will:
- Oversee and manage nursing program activities, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies.
- Develop and implement care plans and therapy programs, acting as a resource for nursing staff.
- Ensure the execution of therapy programs as outlined, securing necessary resources and equipment.
- Potentially supervise and guide nursing personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation as required.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer is required, with accepted certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- One of the following is required:
- Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a current multi-state license obtained prior to hire.
- Education:
- A diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
There are no additional preferences for this position.
