Responsibilities

The RN Coordinator will:

  • Oversee and manage nursing program activities, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement care plans and therapy programs, acting as a resource for nursing staff.
  • Ensure the execution of therapy programs as outlined, securing necessary resources and equipment.
  • Potentially supervise and guide nursing personnel.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer is required, with accepted certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
    • One of the following is required:
      • Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a current multi-state license obtained prior to hire.
  • Education:
    • A diploma from an accredited nursing school or required professional licensure at the time of hire.
