Position Overview

The After School Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for leading after school programming aimed at supporting priority students. This role emphasizes academic assistance, enrichment activities, and preparation for college and career pathways. The Coordinator will collaborate with school leadership and the After School Program Director to ensure that the initiatives align with the educational goals and priorities of the institution.

This position is funded through a grant, and while funding may be renewed, there is no assurance of continued employment beyond the grant period. All responsibilities associated with this role must comply with grant regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Hourly wage is set at $14.00 per hour.

- Additional benefits include dental and vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, parental leave, generous vacation time, referral bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in college with up to 15 credit hours or possess a relevant professional certification.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with youth in either formal or informal settings, as well as familiarity with classroom environments.
  • Documentation: An official or unofficial transcript must be submitted with the application to verify academic performance and credit hours.

  • Work under the supervision of the Site Coordinator.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Site Coordinator and Project Director to coordinate program design and evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Coordinator and Project Director to schedule activities and implement evaluation methods.
  • Adhere to all institutional rules and procedures.
