Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the Court of Sciences Student Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a positive experience in our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including restrooms and food service areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
