Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement automation systems to optimize production efficiency and minimize operational costs.
2. Collaborate with production personnel to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
3. Utilize design software such as Autocad to produce comprehensive specifications for automation systems.
4. Create and execute PLC programming utilizing Allen Bradley and Siemens technologies.
5. Work alongside product development teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems in new product designs.
6. Partner with machine design teams to establish control systems for new machinery and equipment.
7. Supervise the installation, calibration, and testing of automation systems to guarantee optimal performance.
8. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation systems and machinery.
9. Provide training and ongoing support to production staff regarding automation system usage.
10. Remain informed about the latest advancements in automation technology and incorporate them into our practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in automation engineering within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proficient in Autocad, PLC programming, and control system design, particularly with Allen Bradley and Siemens.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to developing solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
6. Proven project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
8. Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across various departments.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
