Tanner Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to provide hands-on training in a clinical setting. The Nurse will work closely with experienced nursing professionals to develop and implement best practices for nursing. The program is designed to support new nurses during their first year of employment and provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their role. The Nurse will be responsible for performing basic nursing care and procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework, a Master, Bachelor, or Associate of Science in Nursing or graduate of an approved diploma program, and be able to pass boards within 6 months of receiving their degree. The Nurse will also be required to have BLS certification within 30 days of hire. The program is a great opportunity for new nurses to gain experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Nurse will work closely with a team of experienced nurses to provide high-quality patient care and develop their skills in a clinical setting. The program is designed to be flexible and accommodate the needs of the Nurse, with cohorts beginning in March and September. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care and education, and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
