Responsibilities- Provide nursing care in accordance with resident plans of care
- Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
- Monitor resident conditions and health status
- Develop and implement health promotion and prevention strategies
- Coordinate services to meet resident needs
- Two years of LPN experience required
- Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to ensure community compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective organization, time management, and communication skills
