Job Summary

The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our multifamily property, ensuring a positive experience for our residents. If you're a driven and customer-focused professional with experience in property management, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will work closely with our on-site team to deliver exceptional service, drive revenue growth, and foster a sense of community among our residents.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Office Team: Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and morale.
  2. Community Engagement: Plan and participate in resident events, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among community members.
  3. Operations Oversight: Ensure effective management of day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  4. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract new residents and drive lease renewals.
  5. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement plans to achieve these goals.
