Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nephrology Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical operations of our dialysis facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of nephrology and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and increase patient satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment outcomes
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in clinical operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in nephrology or healthcare operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and increasing patient satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary and Benefits

Starting annual salary: $81,885
