Job Overview

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $46.93 to $65.70 per hour, depending on experience. As a Hospital Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees, acting as a clinical resource, and liaising between staff, physicians, and other facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise employees in the absence of the Director or Administrator
  • Act as a clinical resource, providing guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Liaise between staff, physicians, and other facilities to ensure seamless communication
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current state RN license
  • A bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred
