We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trios Health, located in Kennewick, WA. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and contribute to our mission of making communities healthier.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $46.93 to $65.70 per hour, depending on experience. As a Hospital Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees, acting as a clinical resource, and liaising between staff, physicians, and other facilities.
Responsibilities- Supervise employees in the absence of the Director or Administrator
- Act as a clinical resource, providing guidance and support to nursing staff
- Liaise between staff, physicians, and other facilities to ensure seamless communication
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license
- A bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS and ACLS certification
- 3-5 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred
