About the Team and Role
The Corporate Engineering Program Management team is dedicated to navigating uncertainty, advancing essential programs, and achieving collective goals that enable our team members to excel while responsibly managing Robinhood's resources.
In the capacity of a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate across various departments, including the Corporate Engineering Team, Finance System Engineers, and diverse Finance functions to facilitate system upkeep, enhance processes/programs, and oversee both minor and major system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee intricate programs across cross-functional teams with a focus on Finance Systems.
- Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders and manage a diverse portfolio of projects with varying scopes and complexities.
- Engage closely with various leaders to comprehend their objectives and support the formulation of strategic plans that align with shared goals.
- Direct System Implementations and Integrations.
- Mitigate Risks within a proactive escalation culture.
