We offer a highly competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Autism Therapist to join our team in Georgia. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for conducting detailed behavioral assessments and analyses, designing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs, and supervising and guiding team members to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough behavioral assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings
• Adhering to strict professional and ethical standards as set by the BACB

Requirements:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
