This position is challenging and requires a natural leader like yourself. Essential skills include decision-making, numerical proficiency, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift. This encompasses managing costs, inventory, cash flow, and customer interactions. You set the standard for the store and must maintain peak performance at all times.

Your specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Performing all tasks of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Supervising a team of 3 to 30 employees during your shift.
  • Overseeing all operational aspects of the store.
  • Welcoming customers and processing orders with a friendly demeanor.
  • Handling cash transactions and managing the cash register.
  • Preparing high-quality, accurate products while adhering to all recipes and baking standards.
  • Delivering products safely and courteously to customers.
  • Ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in line with company grooming standards.

Qualifications:

The good news is we can train you on how to handle customer calls and create the perfect pizza. However, here are some essential qualities you should possess to excel as an Assistant Manager:

  • Proven experience in team leadership; during your shift, you will guide a staff of 3 to 30 individuals. Your positive attitude and motivational skills will be key in ensuring everyone is in the right place, at the right time, and performing their duties effectively.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is paramount, and we prioritize having safe drivers on the road. You will also need access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • A strong role model - you will be the individual everyone looks up to. From punctuality to maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues, you must uphold high standards for yourself and your team.
  • Our stores operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, which are typically our busiest times. While your schedule may be flexible, you must be willing to work when the team needs you most.
