Key Responsibilities of the Studio Operations Leader:

  • Deliver an outstanding client experience while leading the team
  • Manage human resources, marketing initiatives, customer relations, and financial aspects
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and maintain availability around the clock

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
  • Required to maintain a waxing schedule 2-3 days weekly

  • Client Acquisition, Experience, and Retention Strategies
  • Inventory Control and Profit & Loss Management
  • Local Marketing, Community Involvement, and Public Relations
  • Staff Recruitment, Development, and Retention Strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in business and personnel management
  • At least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry or salon environment
