The primary function of the Solutions Architect is to articulate and showcase the features, functionalities, and advantages of utilizing the WhizAI platform.

This role will collaborate closely with account executives to assist potential clients in assessing the WhizAI platform for GenAI-enabled self-service and advanced analytics.

The Solutions Architect offers comprehensive technical expertise and support throughout the product evaluation process, leads discussions on technology and architecture with clients and prospects, and oversees demo resources.


Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate product capabilities for pre-qualified opportunities related to the WhizAI platform.
Facilitate technical discussions regarding product architecture and solutions for prospective customers.
Conduct technical workshops to collaboratively design solutions to business challenges using the WhizAI platform with potential new clients.
Stay updated on WhizAI solutions and ensure compliance with all company methods and procedures.
Manage and maintain demo resources internally.

Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance sales performance by optimizing processes, training the team, and fostering a culture of teamwork, learning, and success.


Required Qualifications:


5+ years of experience in pre-sales or consulting roles within data analytics, business intelligence, data management, data science, or related fields, including a minimum of three years in the industry.

Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes.
Proficient in Python programming and handling JSON, XML, and CSV files.
Experience with shell scripting and a solid understanding of Linux commands.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to navigate complex sales scenarios involving multiple departments and organizational levels (e.g., Line of business, C-suite, IT, etc.).

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuously re-prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus on the sales process.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
Familiarity with reporting and analytical products is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 40% or as necessary.

Additional Skills:
Ability to work effectively within a virtual global team environment.

Understanding of contemporary data modeling and data warehousing concepts, challenges, practices, methodologies, and trends in the business intelligence (BI) field.

Experience in data warehousing, architectural design, dimensional modeling (star schema), ETL, and data migration.
Ability to comprehend client business concerns and translate them into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
Familiarity with cloud-based architectures is a plus.
Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and AI analytics-based products/solutions.
High adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
