We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to enhance our efforts in simplifying the process for customers to find, select, and utilize the services and products essential for their health and well-being.
Work Schedule: Thursday to Monday, 8-hour shifts starting at 9 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance for all medication dispensed, both in packets and bulk.
- Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to guarantee thorough quality checks for all production prior to the end of each shift.
- Engage in quality assurance processes for new business lines.
- Perform essential pharmacy housekeeping tasks, including managing returns, processing medication rejects, overseeing substitutions, and approving canisters.
- Provide clinical guidance and respond to inquiries regarding medications.
- Investigate discrepancies and facilitate appropriate resolutions and reporting.
- Deliver relevant pharmacy information to the distribution team.
- Maintain compliance with all company protocols and federal/state regulations.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members to uphold customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment, with additional licenses as needed.
- Familiarity with pharmacy laws and regulations pertaining to patient care.
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $83,700 to $161,000 annually, depending on market location and job-related qualifications. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of benefits.
