Financial Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support our organization's financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in CAPEX and fixed asset planning, labor headcount forecasting, and provide in-depth P&L variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support long-range financial forecasting and annual budgeting
  • Assist in CAPEX and fixed asset planning
  • Provide in-depth P&L variance analysis
  • Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
  • 0-6 years experience in financial analysis or modeling
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
