Job Title: Senior Manager Field Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Field Service to join our team at Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions LLC. As a key member of our Business Lending Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and internal/external support in all areas, with the exception of underwriting and loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor business loan relationships and assist with customer service needs
  • Produce and review loan documentation, ensuring proper collateral perfection
  • Manage up-to-date relationship tracking and coordinate loan documentation
  • Assist with credit approval process and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate funding process and prepare closing escrow instructions
  • Monitor existing loans to ensure conformity with approved terms
  • Follow up with business customers to obtain necessary information and clarification
  • Negotiate loan signing dates and advance funds for payment or credit accounts
  • Manage and monitor daily/weekly/monthly loan tracking, ticklers, and client overdrafts
  • Set up and maintain business physical and electronic loan files
  • Work with title companies, attorneys, and other financial or legal resources to obtain correct documents
  • Process loan payments and payoffs, resolve customer problems, and complete necessary reporting
Requirements:
  • Five or more years' experience in a financial institution with at least three years' experience processing business/commercial loans
  • Experience with LaserPro software, preferred
  • Knowledge of loan documents, collateral security methods, and documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of credit union, state, and federal policies, procedures, and laws
  • Ability to maintain high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collectively in a team environment
