Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team at the Aspire Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit in Quincy. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to adults facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to adults in a crisis stabilization setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • LPN certification
  • Valid driver's license and access to own car for possible transportation of clients
  • One year of experience in acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment for severe mental illness (preferred)

Shift Differentials
  • Weekend day shifts (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
  • Overnight shifts (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00
